A song for the seasons that keep shifting under your feet, and the One who never does
The first taste of Salt’s next chapter, and the song that has done the most for them online so far — written for the congregation as much as the playlist, and built to be sung back. Release-week clips of the song drew more than 700,000 views on Instagram.

Salt is a dynamic Christian music duo from Southern California, comprised of Brian Albright and Kadi Zabka. Brian — a guitarist, producer and worship pastor at Branches Church in Huntington Beach — and Kadi, a vocalist and keyboardist, found that their voices together did something neither could do alone. They made the big claims of faith sound like something an ordinary person could say out loud.
Two years on, that instinct has built a real audience. More than 22,000 people follow the duo on Instagram, where their Living Room Session videos — two voices, one guitar, whatever room they happen to be in — have carried the music well past Orange County, reaching 2.1 million views in the last 30 days alone. Spotify has backed their releases with editorial support, including a placement on All New Christian and Gospel, the songs have passed 550,000 streams, and the catalogue has grown steadily: the 2025 EP Holy Moments, then the 2026 singles “Long Way Home,” “Breathing Room” and “Don’t Want To Miss It.”
Live, Salt is built for rooms where people are meant to sing: churches, conferences, college nights and festivals. They travel light, read the room, and leave space for the congregation to be the loudest instrument in it.
Their newest single, “You’re Always The Same,” was written with David Leonard of All Sons & Daughters and released October 9, 2026.
Most played on Spotify: “Breathing Room” (230K+), “See It Through” (100K+), “I Need You,” “Don’t Want To Miss It” and “Long Way Home.”
Full catalogue on Spotify, Apple Music and everywhere else.
A full congregational set — Salt originals woven through songs the room already knows. Built for Sunday mornings, midweek gatherings and conference sessions.
Guitar, keys and two voices. No production required, no backline to chase — suited to small rooms, house shows, campus nights and green rooms alike.
A concert format with the writing opened up: where each song came from, what it cost, and why it ended up in the set. Works well as an evening event.
Salt travels as a duo or with a full band. Stage plot, input list and hospitality rider available on request. Upcoming dates are on Bandsintown.
